Post subject: Alpha Document Compilation Thread

This thread is going to compile links to all of the Alpha and Alpha 2 documents currently released, as well as give status updates of upcoming Alpha releases.

Well... there's no really quick answer. The psionic races went to Alpha 2, as well.
I'd say part of it is that the PsyWar Alpha to PsyWar Beta was a pretty hefty revision. Major changes to the entire class structure. The soulknife alpha 1 to alpha 2 had a lot of changes, but still was very similar in overall theme. The beta of the soulknife will also have very hefty changes from the Alpha version based on player feedback.

Is there a power that deals damage to someone who attacks you, even only in melee?
Fire shield does this. Energy retort does this, but its damage is stuck at 4d6 per round, and only to the first attacker each round. How'zbout something- possibly of higher level- that scales affects all attacks and scales by ML?

Er, empathic feedback? 4th level power. Anyone who hits you takes the same damage.

Agreed.
We're open to discussions on the relative power or changes needed for individual items - but please put them in the relevant thread that is listed here.
