So, as you might have surmised, Dreamscarred Press as a company has backed away a little from D&D 4th Edition, mainly because sales of our few "feeler" products are selling abysmally.
A minor release for 3.5 is far more profitable and since Pathfinder is carrying on the torch and we've invested much into becoming the premiere place for Pathfinder Psionics, we're sure that we won't have the time and focus to take care of any 4th Edition material properly.
Because of the economic realities, DSP will not make any new releases for 4th Edition. We will however inaugurate a "publishing house", tentatively called "4th E:ye" which will delve into how a number of our concepts - Morpheans, Society minds, Halo Knights and Marksmen, amongst others, could look and feel in a D&D4 world.
Once 4th E:ye begins to finalize more material, we will release sneak peaks, make pre-orders available and so on. Remember that this is EXTREMELY tentative at this stage though - but our plan is to release the following:
Phrenic Classes: Society Mind
Phrenic Classes: Morphean
Phrenic Classes: Halo Knight
Phrenic Classes: Marksman
Each class will have two builds and powers and feats to support them all the way to 30th level, as well as Paragon Paths. We will compile these into a Phrenic Handbook which will add Epic Destinies, Phrenic Races, new Magic Items and Psicrystal Companions.
After this, we plan to support these four base classes with Phrenic Power, following the WotC model, expanding on the classes we've released and adding more options.
If things go well with this initial outing, we will extend our experiment with 4E into new classes and ideas.

I've learned the hard way that promising things and dates can be bad when you have a family to provide for, a job to handle and other books on the list.
However, I can give you guys a progress preview
Society Mind - powers up to around level 20 (so 60% done)
Morphean - powers up to around level 10 (so 30% done)
Halo Knight - powers up to around level 10 (so 30% done)
Marksman - powers up to around level 3 (so 10% done)
