I'm not sure that it was applying to my order - I browsed the store without being logged in, at first. Then when I logged in and made my purchase, I realized the price had remained the same. I'm pretty sure, at least.

I've probably made a mistake somewhere; I'd just like to know where. Thanks!

That's weird... I had thought there was cumulative discounting.
