OK, just to try to keep folks informed!
The Mind Unveiled: Psionic Powers has been sent for a final review... If it passes muster, I'll make the bookmarks, put the title on it, and get it released out this week.
Phrenic Power: Mentalist has gone through some edits since the preview was posted and I hope to get it out this week or next week.
The Mind Unveiled: The Qael is going in for another round of edits, then it goes into graphics layout.
Player's Guide to Third Dawn: Ophid Protectorate is in the design phase, as we're also creating the template of how we'll develop all of this series in terms of what's included.
I'll be picking back up Races of the Mind, assuming I get inspired, to finish off Duergar and Dromite... but don't expect those soon. Andreas and I will be collaborating on these ones.
High Psionics: Phrenic Creations will be released consolidating all of our Phrenic Creations products, since we are retiring that product line for the foreseeable future.
Third Dawn Campaign Setting is getting an edit / errata cycle, then goes into print release.
Psionics of Third Dawn: Shapechanging should be out by end of month, as I will be incorporating some of the ideas suggested on these forums.
And other stuff not discussed that I tend to forget about until someone asks / mentions.

That is a nice list of upcoming material. Psionic powers is a pdf full of new powers to use for psion and perhaps even psychic warrior?
I am also curious about how custom design goes between all those projects.
I have heard little of the soul-fusion or the review/adjustment of my private project. Are there many custom designs that are in the queu or being worked on? (the soul-fusion is semi-public, not sure about possible others). When will there be space for more custom design projects or is it full until end of the year or so?

That is a question better asked of Andreas.
While I am helping design Soul Fusion (and that is something that Andreas and I regularly work on together as well as the projects above), he handles the availability / etc of custom design, as he's normally the one who writes it.
The Mind Unveiled: Powers is 20 some odd pages of new powers, for almost every psionic class - psion, psychic warrior, society mind, morphean, marksman.
Keep in mind... most of The Mind Unveiled has been WRITTEN for over 18 months... it's just been a matter of prioritization / editing / layout to get it out the door.

Custom Design has three concurrent projects being written right now and a lot of it is playing catch-up for various reasons (burning computers just being one).
Soul Fusion is, as Jeremy said, being worked on and the review is unfortunately something that I half-finished, and then went up in flames with the computer and I'm thus having to redo.

Hrm...On the latest releases I see the Psionic Powers release, yet when I go to Mind Unveiled or click the release's icon, it doesn't show up, just the Mind Unveiled folder.
Is this a mistake by the sidebar in that it isn't out yet, or some glitch on my end?

I can see it on the second page of the MU page of the store.
EDIT: I see I was beaten to this. But I am keeping the post up as confirmation that I indeed see it.

Is Mind Unveiled done now. Because, as much as I enjoy the subscription, I think it was underpriced for the material we've received. So far the retail is almost double the price of the subscription.

Two more releases to go, then the compilation.
Fully put together, it's comparable in size to Untapped Potential (if possibly a little bit bigger).
A big part of the reason the segments make it seem bigger is at least a small bit of material gets copied from one book to another, since it was all initially intended as one release. The other part is that Untapped Potential uses a smaller font than the Mind Unveiled for print reasons - which is something that I will do come the print release.
EDIT: And additionally, bite-sized piecemeal products sell at a slightly higher rate than the compiled final product.

Mark: Well, first of all, we like giving customers who trust us (ie by paying for the entire thing before it is finished) something extra. In this case, it is more stuff in total. The price of the finished Mind Unveiled will probably land around 14.95$ (or possibly a few dollars higher) so this is the best of times to be a customer

Dreamscarred press is my source for psionic content and I know you guys are generous, but I don't want you to be generous to a fault otherwise I won't be able to buy new stuff.

No fault in this - the 3.5/PF market has proven to be surprisingly sustainable after the initial drought surrounding 4E (october 2007-october 2008 approximately) and has slowly been trickling back. I'd love to make more money of this so that I can produce even more material, but we ARE a niche company for part of a game - and a part that has its vocal haters too.
But I'm working to change that.

True enough. I read another roleplaying forum and they are pretty hard aginst psionics (especially the psionic power point system, which promotes nova-ing instead of diversity).
I like the flexibility of the augment system, but I can understand why some think nova-ing is a big problem. Augmentation for encounter-based design (although not exactly like 4th psion with its 3! powers) might be a solution for that.

you don't even need to have the fake boss. you can just have the minions actually be meaningful.
also, anyone who thinks psionics is better at novas doesn't understand what can be done with other classes. it's not that psionics is better at novas, psionics is merely able to nova more easily. including when you're not trying to nova, in fact.

Nice posts, but misunderstanding the nova-thing. Nova is not going full out against just bosses. Nova is simply using the best, powerfull spells all the time to shorten combats (and therefor less chance to die in combat) and then warp out for a night rest and the repeat the process.
A sorcerer resources is spread over spell levels 1 to 9. A psion simply have power points, which can all be invested into max-damage spells. So the psion can easily use max damage spells each round in each encounter, for several encounters long and then becomes utterly useless.
A sorcerer has to shift from spell to spell, this causes the sorcerer to split his highest level spells among the various encounters he has before he can go to bed. As a result, the sorcerer will use low level to high level spells in a single encounter, while the psion uses all high level powers to deal with combat quickly.
Result:
A) Psion novas with all full-augmented powers and becomes fully useless after that. Which means, he goes to bed.
B) Sorcerer novas highest level spells, but after losing highest level spells, shifts to a lower spell level, instead of becoming completely useless like a psion, allowing the party to continue the workday.
If the DM allows only one encounter per day, it doesnt really matter as most encounters can be dealt within 3 rounds if casters can go out.
One more thing, this is the opinion of others that do not like psionics. It is not personally my opinion or my playing experiences. (I do not play psion, just play psychic warrior from the XPH books or some alternative psionic melee class from DSP).
My personal opinion is that vance might give a more varied playstyle (if playing optimized), but I like the flexibility of power points especially when it handles melee combat (buffing, singular attacks boosts, etc). For melee, it is quite easy to consider power points, chi points or some other physical energy source that you expend when you push yourself a little harder for a higher bonus.
