Just a quick progress report, since I don't know that we'll have any new Alpha documents out this week:
Psionic monsters are about 75% done - Phil converted most of the SRD monsters to the Pathfinder format and Andreas and I are working on the remaining, including the Astral Constructs, Psicrystal (with mechanical changes to resolve many of the questions with the psicrystal), the phrenic scourge, and probably something else I'm forgetting.
3rd Level Powers are close to ready for a peer review. Giving them a quick look, there are 10 powers left for me to go over before I pass it off to Andreas to get his take on it and see if he has any suggestions to change.
Psionic Items - now that Psionic Feats are out, these should be a pretty easy knock out next week.
I'm hoping to get at least 2 of those into Alpha next week.
Psion Beta - This is getting heavy attention by me and will probably have a lot of work put into it from all the feedback given.

If anyone feels so inclined to spell out what needs to change for the psionic item stat blocks to make them match the Pathfinder format, that'd be greatly appreciated - I don't think Andreas or I have really cracked that section open yet and a quick run-down of find / replace would speed that up.

For the most part, the changes are just a matter of formatting. The Two exceptions I've noticed are the addition of "slot" near the top, and the "cost" to create at the bottom. See below:
Pathfinder format sample:
Banded Mail of Luck
Aura strong enchantment; CL 12th Slot armor; Price 18,900 gp; Weight 35 lbs. Description
Ten 100-gp gems adorn this +3 banded mail. Once per week, the
armor allows its wearer to require that an attack roll made against
him be rerolled. He must take whatever consequences come from
the second roll. The wearer’s player must decide whether to have the attack roll rerolled before damage is rolled. Construction
Requirements Craft Magic Arms and Armor, bless; Cost 9,650 gp
From SRD:
Amulet of Catapsi: This copper amulet aids the wearer against other psionic characters. Once per day, the wearer can mentally command the catapsi power, which blankets a 30- foot-radius area surrounding the wearer in telepathic noise for 9 rounds. Each time other psionic characters within this range attempt to manifest a power, they must succeed on a DC 17 Will save or pay 4 more points than they otherwise would for each power manifestation. The limit on the number of power points a subject can spend on a power remains in effect, so the subject may not be able to manifest his or her highest-level powers.
Moderate telepathy; ML 9th; Craft Universal Item, catapsi; Price 16,200 gp.
SRD entry in Pathfinder format:
Amulet of Catapsi
Aura moderate telepathy; ML 9th Slot neck; Price 16,200 gp; Weight -. Description
This copper amulet aids the wearer against other psionic
characters. Once per day, the wearer can mentally command
the catapsi power, which blankets a 30-foot-radius area
surrounding the wearer in telepathic noise for 9 rounds. Each
time other psionic characters within this range attempt to
manifest a power, they must succeed on a DC 17 Will save or
pay 4 more points than they otherwise would for each power
manifestation. The limit on the number of power points a
subject can spend on a power remains in effect, so the
subject may not be able to manifest his or her highest-level powers. Construction
Requirements Craft Universal Item, catapsi; Cost 8,100 gp

Answer me this. Do psionics enhance said player's enjoyment of game?
If that answer is yes then MY answer is yes.

Oh, and I've sent over 3rd level powers to Andreas to get his feedback. Once we get that handled, we'll get those posted. I was hoping to get one of these out this week, but due to some personal problems that came up early in the week, a lot of projects got sidelined for a few days.
I'll be trying to get Psionic Items converted to Pathfinder format this weekend if Andreas hasn't already tackled it.

FYI, I'm working on the Psionic Items and we'll be including some possibly new-to-you psionic items in here - including Psicrystal Staves, which were originally from Hyperconscious and then expanded in The Mind Unveiled. It just made sense.
We're seeing what other gaps might need to be filled.
And hopefully 3rd level powers out this week.

Make no mistake, popping in every so often just to say, "sorry, no new news" is still good and welcome news.
It means we're not left floating aimlessly on the astral plane not knowing what's going on.
So thank-you.

3rd level powers are out.
Items will probably be out next week - if I can just force myself to plow through the conversion and not get distracted as is normally the case.
4th level powers are underway.
One thing to note: currently, metamorphosis (and greater metamorphosis) are not going to be in Psionics Unleashed. Instead, we're revamping shapechanging in psionics to be similar to the Pathfinder changes. This will likely be a separate release that we're going to try to get out as quickly as possible to get as much testing on it as we can.

That's a BIG chunk of power to be missing from the Egoist's arsenal. I'd be willing to put some time and energy into helping Pathfinderize the Metamorphosis powers along the lines of Pathfinder's changes in shape-changing, and so would a fair few others if the reason is time-related. I think it needs to be there for the supplement to be complete, bearing in mind some players will have built their characters around that one power.

Wow I will certainyl miss metamorphosis, but I can understand why the time constrain will be a problem.
However if it cannot be acomplishe due time I would like for a small sidebar on how to adapt The different shapechanging spells for a psion. Just quick and dirty for those who want to play it and have a GM knowledgeable enought in the subject.
Without going into too much detail, the past month has had me dealing with a ramp up in my day job along with a lot of personal issues relating to health. I'm fine - but my family hasn't been so fortunate. I'm not trying to play the sympathy or pity card here, just telling it like it is. Andreas has been in the loop and it's part of the reason he's been so proactive in getting updates out.
Things are starting to mellow down, and thankfully, it means that I've been able to get back to work on Psionics Unleashed.
I'd very much like to thank everyone for their patience and support
