You might be wondering what "7 Habits of..." is. This is my attempt to explain it.
Every player who uses psionics at some point knows very little of the rules. Sure, they may have read over the class features, powers, feats, and skills, but actual game play is often a stronger teacher for how to learn not just how to play the class, but how to play the class well.
In the "7 Habits of..." series of articles, we'll pick a single psionic class - be it a core class such as psion, psychic warrior, soulknife, or wilder, or one of our own classes, such as marksman, morphean, or society mind - and give seven points that show how to play that class effectively.
For the veteran psionics player, the information in these articles may seem common knowledge or common sense, but we've found that it's not unusual for new players to not know these points and hope that by arming you with information, your character can survive those life or death situations.
